Disturbance- Ernest Hamilton Drive, Elgin

Police Scotland are investigating a disturbance that occurred around 11pm on Thursday 12 April 2018 in the Ernest Hamilton Drive area of Elgin where three people sustained minor injuries.

Five people have been arrested in connection with the incident and Police are appealing to anyone who may have information to get in touch.

Detective Inspector Fionnuala McPhail confirmed:

“We are not looking to trace anyone else in connection with this incident and it was contained within a small group. 

“However, we would be keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the disturbance or have any information that may assist the investigation.”
