Four Wheels Stolen off Parked Car in Cromarty

Police in Ross-shire are appealing for information regarding the theft of four wheels and tyres from a car parked in the Cromarty area.

The Toyota Aygo was parked at the Sutors car park near the village between the afternoon of Monday, November 27 and the morning of Thursday, November 30, when the theft was discovered.

Reporting officer Constable Iain Macdonald said:

"This is a reasonably isolated area but it is frequented by walkers and sightseers so we are urging anybody who saw this car in the area or witnessed any suspicious behaviour to get in touch with us.

"Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the police in Dingwall on 101, quoting reference NE17498/17, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111."
