Theft of Power Tools

Police in Fort Augustus are appealing for information after a number of high value power tools were stolen from a vehicle in Fort Augustus.

The items were stolen sometime between 11.30pm on Tuesday, November 7 and 8am the following morning from a van parked in the Auchterawe area near Fort Augustus.

Among the items stolen were saws, a grinder, a sander and a drill.

Anyone with information relating to the theft, or if anybody has been offered tools for sale is asked to contact police in Fort Augustus on 101, using reference NN28595/17.
